Purpose:

This product acts as a curing initiator for unsaturated polyester resin at room temperature and is usually used in conjunction with accelerators. It is widely used in fiberglass products, artificial marble, polystyrene boards, automotive surrounds, polyester furniture, process casting, paint, and silicone rubber vulcanizing agents. Specially used in tree branch anchor rods that solidify rapidly at low temperatures. Compared with the benzoyl peroxide (BPO) initiator, resin gel time can be shortened by more than 85%.
